Very sorry to hear about Jerry and his family ....he was a very tough man. But man against run away steel is no contest. Enjoy yourselves, hug a kid, it's a temporary stay.

RIP Jerry ........... with the hairstyle he resembled a pint of Guinness, the original black & tan man . Apparently he was hit by a bus when he attempted to continue his journey after stopping on the motorway .

A life well lived and generosity in full measure .His poor missus was driving and J erry was in the back seat with Bubs when she lost control veered across the lane and the oncoming bus was unable to stop in time .It looks like a mechanical fault at this stage .

when i heard the news i was shocked and his death has been on the fore front of my thoughts all weekend.
there have been many prominent people who we have paid tribute to here, but jerry collins death has left me quite sad all weekend.
RIP jerry terminator collins, u are sorely missed and my thoughts and prayers are with u and urs, especially ur little one,
