Nuke, Peyper is the worst ref of our lot. I would prefer any NZ ref to him if the Stormers play except maybe Bryce. .. :-)

Folau has a bit more work to do on his game to reach the "legend" status. The Brumbies kept him quiet & other teams will see how.

It feels like Tahs have been playing under "advantage" the whole second half

What a mess for the Tahs. They have not been convincing in this game.

Just as I thought, a Brumbies victory. Well done and well deserved. Back to the drawing board Tahs.

Saue
After the big victories over the Reds and the Force I thought the Waratahs are the real mccoy. However, today's game showed up one weakness on their part - they are weak up front and that means their extraordinary backs do not see enough good balls to play with.
They will have to up their forward performances if they are to make progress later in the competition.

Extraordinary backs? You mean the one-dimensional snail Folau? he got beaten again, this time by Mogg. This dud of a fullback cannot be taken seriously. No, no, no, their problem is that they were grossly over-hyped playing weak opposition. The Reds and the the Force are not strong opposition at all, the Brumbies are their only real test to date and it doesn't paint a pretty picture!

I would rather have Folau - recognized by experts as the best full back in international rugby in my backline than the piss poor Kirchner you backed in the past. As per normal clueless - so why do I worry.
So the Reds beat the Brumbies early in the competition - so they are weak - stupid dolt. I actually worry about the game today on two scores:-
* I worry about having low work rate Albert playing against a team with a very good Loosie combination. The Sharks with that handicap can easily be done out of breakdown balls and then we are going to suffer - Steyn will provide plenty of balls to the Reds that way.
* Jordaan is not available to cover tackles missed by and players running past Steyn - so that is also a major handicap.
Hope we win despite the above.

Well, Kirchner had a successful 2013 Rugby Championship, whereas Folau was chewed up and spat out; one of the chief failings of the Wallabies. You would have him in your team because you are a loser by nature.

What did clueless Kirchner produce last year in the RC last year? Bugger all that anybody but you can fabricate tales about? If ever there was a clueless player with no game reading abilities it was Woolie Boolie - as thick as the Bulls supporters are.

@mikey,
dimmest sun, u crack mikey, :oP
waratahs are the real deal, but full credit to the brumbies who out waratahed the waratahs.
i dont think the forwards are the problem, i just think the brumbies were in the waratahs faces and just executed their plans better and when it came to dealing with that brumbies pressure, the waratahs failed. so again, full credit to the waratahs.
IMO waratahs are the real deal, and they are the only team who can stop the chiefs, i would be surprised.
the loss today was significant, but not the be all end all, its not like the brumbies are a chump team and weve seen much bigger upsets this yeat already, just look at the lions first two games.
i dont agree 100% with suntzu, but he has a valid point, izzy was shown up my mogg big time today and if u take a look at izzy vs the Boks and especially the All Blacks, he didnt really shine in any way, charles piutau shut him down on defence big time last year and then ouitshone him on attack, and that was from the wing.
the thing suntzu needs to realise is, israel folau is still a noob and far from the finished product with only a year and a bit of rugby under his belt, yet weve already seen some magic from him and we all know that theres plenty more.
izzy and chieka need to do a bit of homerwork though, cos many teams will be paying attention tot he way the brumbies negated izzys effectiveness for most of the game.
