I am starting to love rib eye, and also medium rare! Unfortunately a lot of shops in SA don't have rib eye available. Damn I'm hungry!

It's a dessert served in Petrus in London. A chocolate sphere with caramel ice cream inside. The shell is paper thin chocolate....served in a large bowl. The server then pours hot milk chocolate all over it and it melts before your very eyes.
