Wow Jerome you have just thrown your credibility out of the window.....it takes a pretty special player to make the impact Willie does at test level.....what rugby have you been watching over the years.

I read some shit sometimes but this takes the cake......as bad as that fool Lestat telling us de Allende and Etzebeth are not worthy

I do think Willie Le Roux will excel in the Sharks however at test level he's a different player, a decent back up player but not a bok starter in my opinion.

He was terrible during the EOYT matches and in the RC last year which showed a clear indication that he is not the best option at 15 for the boks, he didn't have enough matches this year to show whether he can make a step up so we should be moving on from this player and go with the fullback who is in top form in Super Rugby.

 Jerome
Like any player Willie makes mistakes.  One of the biggest mistakes is that he tries too hard to get the somewhat stagnant backline of the Springboks moving up a gear and is at times not successful at that.
He was the only player that really got an improvement in backline play going since he became a Springbok in 2013.   He became the most dangerous player in the Springbok backline and other teams started to concentrate on methods to reduce his effectiveness.
Willie is a very clever player with major ball sense abilities.   Even though Kriel and Knobel has done well for the Bulls and the Stormers respectively - I have my doubts about them being in the Springbok team as full backs.  Kolbe is just too small to deal with defense there has been cases where he got run over and in the last few matches he was not as effective at counter-attacks as he used to be.   Kriel made waves initially in matches - but in recent matches he was quiet and not very effective.
I frankly still prefer Willie to all comers at full back and if he does not produce the goods in the RC - one can look at the situation again.

What a shame, he had such a bright future ahead of him.
