Yesterday's scrums were a dose of reality

The Stormers flanks are better in the scrum than the Sharks, and the omission of Duane is certainly a big factor. It's hard to say really. When the two sides met, the Stormers did edge the Sharks quite comfortably in the end, but beast and Jannie weren't playing if I remember correctly. One thing is for certain, the Sharks front row is not a sure thing.

You are a constant embarrassment on this site because you lie about everything.  Malherbe was not penalized in scrumming - but in a tackle situation.   Van der Merwe was in fact penalized for scrumming offences and in one case so was Kitshoff.  The other penalty was in the same kind of scenario as Malherbe was penalized.
So we will see what happened on Saturday - but I think the same thing will happen as I predicted for yesterday.  I said the chances of the Stormers winning yesterday was 50:50 and that De Jongh would be over-shadowed by Vorster.  That is exactly what happened.
My early forecast is that the Stormers props are not in this case meeting the second strongest prop  combination in Super 15 - like happened yesterday - but a very average way past their best combination on Saturday.  The joke will be that the Sharks forwards would be shown up badly by the Stormers.          

And having lied about de Jongh, Liarmike lies again.
And Liar. When you made your forecast you knew Vermeulen would be withdrawn...and Cat would be hurt taking away our goal kicking capacity?  Or perhaps that doesn't matter in Liarworld.

I did not lie about De Jongh being outplayed by Vorster - but the stats are not acceptable to the worst liar the site has ever had.  I did not know Vermeulen was withdrawn until I saw the team-sheets.  I am moving from Tinley Manor to Riversdale tomorrow and had been too busy to keep up to date with the news - barely managing to watch the rugby games.
So your assumptions are in fact BS as per normal.   Even with Catrakilis playing it would still have been a 50:50 match.         

Follow the bouncing ball Tokkie. You were as usual bragging about getting the score right....but you have just admitted your forecast was based on having Vermeulen and Cat on the park. That's worth at least 10 points to the Stormers. So your forecast was actually wrong and you got it right totally by accident.
As for de Jongh vs Vorster you claimed Vorster made a fool of him....I am asking when.

Huh, the Stormers scrum was dominant, both Malherbe and Kitshoff kicked arse as they have done most of the season
