Here you go ButtPlug . . .

"ButtPlug doesn't know anything. He's just looking for attention.

Even if he's an admin (which he isn't) he wouldn't see machine names.

IP addresses are no longer very relevant due to things like mobile networks, VPNs, NAT, reverse proxies, dynamic IP allocation etc. They're pretty meaningless in today's world.

ButtPlug's use of theatrical language like "coward", "fake persona", "when I tell you who it is . . .", "surprised most of you haven't figured it out" etc. is typical attention-seeking social media pressure, not evidence or proof of anything.

Let's see if he can prove me wrong. ButtPlug's "big reveals" in the past have never amounted to anything."

Now be specific. Which sentence or which paragraph are you struggling with?

I'm here to help.

I don't know how, but I'm sure you can track someone's IP if you can get them to click a link to somewhere where you can track them, but general posting on the forum without admin access would be difficult without being able to hack the site...AI doesn't want to tell me how to do it, so it's probably possible for the next level nerds.

Rooi, are you spastic?

An IP tracker routes the traffic through a legitimate site. The tracker link is inserted into a legitimate link with a URL shortner. The link is then posted where the target could be socially engineered to click it or it is emailed to them. It's shows the rough location...depending on the targets connection type it can be more or less specific. It's shows you the browser type EG IOS and sometimes the device type EG Mac tablet, IPhone, timestamps, language used on the machine and a few other less important details.

Would like a tutorial on inserting RATs into docs? Cos that's way more useful.

After detaining Arias, ICE officers then asked Liam to knock on the door of his house to see if any family members were inside, “using him as bait” according to the school district. Liam’s mother was inside and did not open the door out of fear of also being apprehended.

“Four of our students have been apprehended and taken away by armed agents in masks with no identifying [badges],” said Zena Stenvik, the superintendent of Columbia Heights Public Schools. “It’s been unfortunately pretty common knowledge about not opening doors because [ICE agents] are forcing their way in.”

Stenvik said a ten-year-old girl was also detained by ICE alongside her mother on their way to school. A boy and a girl, both 17, were also apprehended. “The kids just want to come to school,” Stenvik said.

Department for Homeland Security officials said the father fled on foot when ICE officers approached him. “For the child’s safety, one of our ICE officers remained with the child while the other officers apprehended Conejo Arias,” a spokesman said.

The family did everything they were supposed to in accordance with how the rules have been set out,” he said. “They did not come here illegally. They are not criminals.” He said there was no order of deportation against them and he believed the father and son had remained together in detention at a facility in Texas.

Stenvik said: “Our children are traumatised. The sense of safety in our community and around our schools is shaken. I can speak on behalf of all school staff when I say our hearts are shattered. After our fourth student was taken … I just thought someone has to hear the story. They’re taking children.”

What is ICE? A history from 9/11 to the fatal shooting of an American

She said ICE officers had been circling schools and following buses.

“Our children should not be surrounded by masked agents brandishing guns in our neighbourhoods and our bus stops,” said Mary Granlund, the Columbia Heights school board chair. “Children should be at school with their classmates. We need a diplomatic solution out of this situation … we need your help because at the end of the day we have whistles and they have guns.”

Hours before Vance’s arrival, Greg Bovino, commander of Border Patrol, said at a news conference in Minneapolis that “our agents are being violently assaulted by agitators and anarchists”.

The administration has sought to quell dissent, describing the protesters as domestic terrorists and “agitators” and sanctioning the use of pepper spray against them.

President Trump’s approval ratings on the government’s mass deportations have plummeted in the weeks since Good’s death.

A New York Times-Siena Poll, conducted from January 12 to 17 and released on Thursday, showed him polling underwater on the issue of immigration, with nearly two thirds disapproving of how ICE was handling their job and 61 per cent saying ICE’s tactics had gone too far.

Meanwhile, the White House communications team appeared to post a digitally altered photo of a Minnesota activist arrested on Thursday, which showed her crying during an arrest by federal agents.

The digitally altered photograph was flagged on X with the caption: “Digitally altered image. See original arrest photo here”

THE WHITE HOUSE

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

The image of Nekima Levy Armstrong was highly realistic, bearing no watermark or other indicator that the image had been doctored. The change was only apparent when compared to a different version of the same image posted by the Department of Homeland Security earlier in the day.

The White House post on X was followed with an alert that read: “Digitally altered image. See original arrest photo here.” It then linked to a report containing the original version which showed her composed and not in tears.

Armstrong was one of several demonstrators charged over involvement in disrupting a church service in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday to protest a pastor’s apparent work as an ICE official.

ButtPlug, this is what you said:

"You need to let me show you how the internet works Draad.

Device names and IPs are pretty conclusive."

Here's what I replied:

"Even if he's an admin (which he isn't) he wouldn't see machine names."

And then just above this we have you waffling on about IP trackers, tracker links, social engineering, browser types, inserting trojans . . . all sorts of deflections but not a single mention of device or machine name . . . which anyone with an ounce of intelligence can see is what I'm disputing.

I called bullshit on this whole "reveal" the minute I saw you claiming you could identify device or machine names. Of course, your prior record of making claims and failing to substantiate them also played a part in my skepticism.

I'm still calling bullshit. You're just ducking and diving.

Also, here's another selection of quotes from you:

"Guys, do you wanna know who Trad is?"

. . . and . . .

"When I tell you who it is, it'll all fall into place."

. . . and . . .

"Problem is, once I out him, he won't hang around."

Now to me, every one of those statements implies that you are going to tell us who you think posts as Trad at some point in time. Yes?

Since you promised this "big reveal", I count Draad, Dense, DumbAss, Moffie and me as posters effectively saying "Yes, we'd like to know. Go ahead".

That's 5 different posters confirming they'd like to know who Trad is since you made those comments.

You still haven't revealed.

Why is that, ButtPlug?

This from the New Testament in the Woke bible, the Guardian:

Thirty-two people died in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in 2025 – making it the agency’s deadliest year in more than two decades, as the Trump administration moved to detain a record number of people.

Some of those who died in detention had arrived in the US recently, seeking asylum. Others had arrived years ago, some as young children. Some had been apprehended on criminal charges or had served time for convictions; others had been picked up in the administration’s indiscriminate ICE raids.

They died of seizure and heart failure, stroke, respiratory failure, tuberculosis or suicide. Some died at ICE detention centers and field offices, others after they had been transferred to hospitals, but were still under ICE custody. In some cases, their families and lawyers have alleged, they died of neglect, after repeatedly trying and failing to get medical care.

The number of deaths, 32, matched the previous record, set in 2004. These deaths occurred as the Trump administration ramped up its immigration operations, detaining a record number of people in December. The agency was holding 68,440 people in detention in mid-December; nearly 75% of them had no criminal convictions. December was also the deadliest month in ICE custody – seven people died.

……

Now this from AI:

Based on data from the

World Health Organization (WHO) and Council of Europe, the mortality rate in European prisons is approximately 424.9 deaths per 100,000 inmates per year.

Using this average rate, for a population of 68,000 people in European jails, the expected annual death rate would be:

  1. Total Expected Deaths: Roughly 289 per year (68,000

……

So in a European jail if the population was 68000, we would expect 289 deaths from various causes.

But using the Guardian’s own numbers the 68000 held by ICE resulted in only 32 deaths. If you believe these numbers and I rarely believe anything in the Guardian you are 9 times safer being detained by ICE than being looked after by the little men in suits.

I’m guessing there is a high turnover of ICE prisoners but the exposure would still be the same. I’m guessing there may be some glitch somewhere, but I doubt it would be enough to reverse the findings.

Obviously the ICE detainee population ramped during 2025, so I asked Chat to find an average population and compare against young adults in US jails. ICE death rates are still substantially better.

But you will read dishonest rags like the Guardian fulminating about the deaths in detention, never bothering to confirm they are statistically high…they end up being statistically low.

3) Final comparison

MetricValue
Observed ICE deaths (2025)32ICE death rate (avg 50–60k)53–64 per 100kGeneral U.S. young-adult baseline148–237 per 100kU.S. local jail baseline~167 per 100k

4) Bottom line

Using a realistic average daily ICE population of 50k–60k:

  1. ICE’s observed mortality rate in 2025 ? 53–64 deaths per 100,000 detainee-years
  2. A demographically comparable U.S. population would “expect” roughly 75–140 deaths per year
  3. U.S. jails would “expect” roughly 85–100 deaths per year

? Conclusion

On a straight person-years basis, 32 deaths is substantially below what you would expect for a detained population of that size and age structure.
ICE detainee mortality in 2025 appears to be ~40–70% lower than general young-adult U.S. mortality and ~35–50% lower than U.S. jail mortality.

It doesn't look like Trump is about reason or law, he’s about force and dominance. That’s why the ICE stuff keeps getting uglier.

Human lives become collateral damage in his power trip and supporters just wave it away because it doesn’t touch them personally.

Comparing ICE deaths to prison stats misses the point. These people are not supposed to be punished at all. Many have no criminal record.

The standard isn’t “fewer deaths than jail”, it’s why are people dying in civil detention in the first place. And what good is ICE actually doing here?

Billions spent, communities terrorised, citizens getting caught up or killed, and for what? To protect a rich old man who’s set for life and doesn’t care about the fallout? Taxpayers pay the bill while Trump can do whatever he wants.

The word "Newscum" gets thrown around like it's a big joke, but you’re already backing something far worse. An authoritarian who threatens countries, talks about taking land, and treats human lives as expendable. That’s not strength, that’s decay.

So what’s the endgame here? More force, more deaths, more excuses? Because none of this is making life better for ordinary Americans or the rest of the world. Pretending otherwise just sounds disturbing at this point.

MO
MozartCaptain49,914 posts

And if you compared the ICE rate to the young US population, not in jail, the death rate is 1/3 of that rate. I’m sure in part because deaths from traffic accidents, other accidents and violence etc are eliminated. The rate to compare is the general jail rate…and the same picture emerges.

The reason this is relevant is because the article I quoted from the Guardian and many other articles implies that ICE is cavalier about the welfare of detained people. The numbers say the opposite.

The end game is the country has secure borders and the US isn’t an open door for South America, which it was under Biden. Which doesn’t mean there won’t be immigration, including from South American countries. No country has ever been as successful as the US in welcoming and integrating immigrants. But the process has to have rules.
