Moolaa, check your facts. I made only one comment on this thread, and I reckon it was pretty clear in that comment that I thought Mallet was often a domineering asshole. I never defended him. Secondly, YOU are trying to force race into the discussion. The black CEO of SuperSport has made it pretty clear that race did not seem to be part of the issue.

So Moolaa, look at yourself because YOU have the agenda. Don't generalise, and if you do, check you facts before you make sweeping statements.

moolaa

My ancestors in the female side were in Africa forever - she married a Dane in the 1660's and my family is direct descended from that marriage,   So am I an African or not?

Apartheid was wrong - the present scenario of reverse apartheid against Whites are even worse.   The Zuma Government has through bribery and corruption bankrupted the country and if you say anything about it you are labeled a racist.   Unfortunately Willemse was a tool in that process as well - but he had to repay the looters and he staged the scene on Saturday.

He got caught out blaming racism when there was no proof of such and you immediately said there was.    That is the problem in SA - if somebody fouls up and somebody says anything about it - that person is labeled as a racist.   I really do not know how you got caught in that trap.

Anyone who says he isn't a racist is a liar.

When push comes to shove, we'll always back our own against the rest out there.

Look how the coloured community rallied behind their boy, Willemse. It had nothing to do with whether he was slighted or racially abused ... whether he was right or wrong ... but everything to do with his race ... and the race (white man) he stood against.

If it so happened to have been another coloured man, say like Breyton Paulse, that he had issues with, nothing would have come of it. Willemse is a racist who tried to use the race card to strengthen his position in the community ... at Super Sport ... he wanted to play the hero.

His behaviour on live air is unacceptable and unprofessional. It could have been resolved behind closed doors ... but he chose to make a big issue of it by throwing his tantrum in front of millions of viewers. He has a hidden agenda and I'm willing to bet that this little stage act of his was premeditated.

Besides ... the poor dear has a speech impediment and shouldn't be on the air anyway.
"It goes to sow that the Sarks need to sop for additional front row forwards if they want to be competitive in this competition ... in fact they sould have done this in the off season".
What a clown. I certainly hope this quota doesn't return.

It’s all about perception from outside SA. When all we see is the continual rubbishing of Black players by the majority of posters on this site it’s very difficult to think otherwise I’m afraid. Not helping are clowns like CC with his continual referral to Pacific Islanders as “coconuts”. Hard to find a more offensive term down this way. And Mike, can’t really see the reverse racism is worse. After all, you can still jump on any bus I gather, use any public loo and don’t have to toil away as a servant for three eighths of sweet FA do you?

Aaaaah ... perception from the outside, huh? In other words you have no idea what you're talking about. It's all a perceived thumbsuck with you, right ... based on utter ignorance ... and yet here you are, mouthing off at us ... giving us the outsiders views ... advice ... lectures.

What an arsehole you are.

The only reason the majority of black players are being rubbish on here is because ... well ... um ... THEY'RE RUBBISH. I realize it may be a difficult concept to grasp but we'd actually like to select our best squad for a change.

I'm a racist. Weren't you paying attention? Besides ... the "Coconut" comment is my response to your use of the word "Yarpies". Try to keep up will you.

I am a pensioner now - so I do suffer financially as a result of the looting of state resources and the continual rise in prices as a result.   Fact is I have two people who work for me and I pay them three times more than the minimum wage set by Government.  By the way I caanot jum p on any bus - I will be robbed or worse if I am stupid enough to do that.

In the meantime - most Whites suffer through murders on the farms and other similar occurrences and the Government now wants to take over all land and leave Whites penniless.   They will stop at nothing to achieve that end.   In the end - though I own my own home for which I paid - I am in a situation that I may lose that as well - that is if some politico wants it they will just give it to him.

To be a White in SA is to be regarded as a foreigner - and the incitement of murder and stealing is always present.  Not a really good environment to live in.  If I was a 30 year-old today I would leave the country - but I am not and can only hope to survive and not die like many Whites did in Zimbabwe.   You can ask rugby players like Pocock and  Godwin about that,

You think it is nice to live in SA as a White - start thinking again.

As to criticize Black rugby players - nobody criticize them particularly - most criticize other players even more,   Do you expect to see criticism of rugby players who under-perform only in the case of White players and flops by other players ignored?       .

Mike you are right...govenments create issues of "isms"on those who fail to tow the line and bow to their agendas :

In the old Soviet Union...capitalists were evil

In other Socialistic countries...imperialists and colonialists were evil

In USA communists were evil.

In old SA everybody that opposed the govenments was a communist and they were therefore evil.

Now the world has this clique or misused word rascist (racialism) and this has become an indocrination of non-thinking masses.

This is how they try to control us and manipulate.

It always is taken totally out of context and since most "sheeple" cannot think and determine and follow what others do (political correctness which is bullshit because today what used to be evil is now good and what was good then is now evil...this is not exact in everything however, it is mixed up to create confusion).

People just don't think deeply enough today and are easy victims of propaganda.

Having watched the video a few times I'm bemused it's become a debate about racism. Must say it doesn't surprise me at all as almost everything is turned into a racial argument when there is the slightest opportunity in racephobia, South Africa.

Why has a workplace issue grabbed so much attention? It's only an issue because the immature and unprofessional Willemse chose to make it an issue on national television. The issue has sweet nothing to do with race, it has everything to do with Willemse being immature and unprofessional. He also takes advantage of the fact that he is a person of colour and that both Mallett and Botha are disadvantaged for being Caucasian and for that reason every fool in the country would be sucked into believing he is being hard done by the whiteys. Willemse would have other avenues at his disposal to vent his grievances, instead he chose national television.

My second point has to do with Willemse being called a quota player. So let's say he was( I don't believe he was), what has that got to do with a workplace related issue? Is this forum suffering from quotaphobia? It seems as if it does. Willemse was a fine player as far as I'm concerned and as a matter of fact he was a standout player in ordinary white dominated Bok teams. Read Jake White's book "In Black & White" to see what he thinks of Willemse.

Lastly, what has this issue got to do with the Minister of Sport? Doesn't she have better things to do than meddle in a petty workplace issue? I'm under the impression that a someone in that position deals with matters of state not in petty workplace relations. It really is a sad state of affairs that someone like her holds such high office.

Just my 5 cents.....

Forgot to add….if hypothetically Naas and Mallet were persons of colour then it would amplify  the issue as work related and nothing to do with race.

Denny

The present Minister of sport is a female for your info.

I personally think Willemse was used to make a scene like he did by his politico and looting majors and he was making a clearly pre-meditated statement before he left.  They could not find any racism in what happened and that put Willemse in a very weak spot.

I think if he told them that he was pressured into that action - he would have been fired.   So "kissing" and make up was the only thing left to him to do.

Supersport said they are going to contact the office of the Minister to clarify why she put her foot into it.

It is nice to see the SuperSport CEO being objective, and not jumping into racial sides. A good example to others.
What is interesting is that many African business leaders or politicians jump into any argument against white people.
Most talk a good game about democratic modern values- but they this is not the system that they apply in their day to day lives to white people, black people or anyone in Africa for that matter.
They use baseless accusations to get media attention and votes and make rigid generalisations based on race.  Are they in the townships helping young kids get into rugby, or are they sitting at home in their mansions watching rugby and complaining about fair representation? They are often busy looting the country- and then talking about democratic values on TV.

Let's take our last president Zuma. Has there ever been a president of any country linked with so many crimes?  He is a great case study for democratically elected presidents.....
The Guptas (from India) were trying to destroy any white-owned business to eliminate the competition, so they could become richer and richer. The deal with the Chinese trains and the Zupta 20% margin is well documented, and the democratically elected leader was on the payroll of Zupta..The Guptas even paid a UK PR firm to create an Apartheid documentary before the election - in order to get votes.

SB

The Black Businessmen have a number of Associations they belong to - some are radical - the majority is not.   The radical ones are in the news - the others operate and do not get the attention from the media.   It was partly the Black Business sector who helped to get rid of Zuma - so not all of them are actually as bad as you may think.

The ANC under Zuma became racist and that was the problem in all sectors of the economy.  They protected Zuma and the other crooks in their midst.   Ramaphosa is trying to clear up the mess - but the more I read about it  and the remaining crooks in the ANC sabotage of the process -- the less I doubt whether he would be successful.

The situation is a disaster from all perspectives although businesses  seems to be more confident in the absence of the main crook (Zuma).

Period.  We must suffer. Fck up rugby for us and millions of non white others who love rugbu too. Fck up everething. Revenge!!!  Absurd BS....all of it. Im fed up. Fck this.

Thank goodness somebody is sorting out those terrible farmers at last. Where can i donate to the fine people terminating these monsters. i only  wish more people were like us calling these terrible whites out. What an improvement Zuma has been and that dear fellow Malema, gosh the fellow is a saint if ever there was one!

Frankly these kbbs are so ignorant, so brain washed by the elite globalists that they have no clue whatsoever. Hahahaahhaahhahahahahaha  Heaven forbid they would ever look at themselves in a mirror - they would die of shock! Fancy supporting abortion up to term and being  hot on for gays and transgenders. "It’s all about perception from outside SA. When all we see is the continual rubbishing of Black players by the majority of posters on this site it’s very difficult to think otherwise I’m afraid."

Go on then, name the few who don't...continually rubbish black players.

Back up your words.

Distinguish who these posters are.

Nope, you won't. I know you won't. Everybody knows you won't.

You can't.

Why not? Because it's utter BS.

So let's see...

CC who rates Marutlulle, Nkosi, Galant and more...

Me who rates Jantjies, Nkosi, Dyanti and more...

Mike who rates Willemse, Galant, De Allende and more...

Moz who rates Nkosi, Beast and more...

Everybody here who rates a vast array of players of all races?

Or is just that we demand merit based selection that makes us all so deeply racist?

Oh BTW...

As suspected Supersport came out saying THERE WAS ZERO RACISM involved in the incident.

You are very privileged to have found such a large concentration of fortune telling future seeing Saffas in one place.

How could we possibly have known this would be the case?

Without ANY evidence the SA minister of sport came out and demanded the suspension of both Naas and Mallet...On the basis of...ahhh...ummm...HER BEING A RACIST.

Anything to say about that Moolah? About her prejudice? About her attempted abuse of power against two persons simply on the basis of their skin color?

Apology you say Mike?

Indeed, I strongly feel that Moola should apologise...for his comments and for his contribution to the brushing under the carpet of the present situation of white South Africans.
