See his last Welsh  test posted on another string for a relevant example....he always belly flops when the scrum is not going forward.

The proof is...Jenkins may be bested, but generally he holds his feet. Malherbe goes dive, dive, dive in every game.

Rubbish, they both went down on their bellies as did the whole frontrow, but that fool of a ref decided to ping Malherbe and Jenkins......Jenkins being the British Lions starting loosehead

Cera, he achieved a good winning ratio winning 27 or 38 tests. So what if his assistants were Meyer or Jake White or whoever else! A good coach will surround himself with assistants that make up a strong coaching team. I am not a Meyer basher, but Mallets win/loss ratio is a lot better than his, and if you are bashing Mallet please tell me, what is it that makes Meyer such a good coach?

Once again. Mallett's record is influenced by his initial streak of 17 wins which he got courtesy of Carl Dup. The moment when he was on his own two feet and made a few crucial  mistakes everything went belly-up. And may I remind you, that it is no use that any of use are out here debating anything about rugby because, in the view of Mallett, SA sugby supporters know feck all about rugby.  Remember that?

Ah so Mallett's success came off the absolute joke that was Carel and it lasted all of 17 tests, which must have spanned a good two years.......what a load of utter garbage

Are you not ashamed to ve caught lying again.  You were told ebfore that yopur story is false and you are now going on with it.
Here is the stats for that test you are referring to for the two props concerned:-
Jenkins0/000/2/6200015/10/021/0
Malherbe0/000/0/2100009/30/010/0
So what happened in the test itself.  After the scrumming initially was a mess and could not be settled properly - Jenkins was twice penalised for taking the scrum down - he was the one that went down - not Malherbe.  After that penalty the scrumming problem persisted.   When the scrum broke down again the referee said over his microphone (it could be heard on TV) he was going to penalize Malherbe since the problem was not solved.
Before the enxt scrum could be formed he warned both Jenkins and Malherbe that if the next sw\\reum foes down he was going to yellow card both.  malherbe was replaced by Coenie and the scrumn went down again - both were yellow-carded.
So here is the issue.  Jenkins went down when scrumming and was penalized twice for the said purpose.  When Coenie came on the scrum went down again.  If Malherbe was the cause - why did the problems continue after Malherbe was replaced?  The problem all along was Jenkins - not Malherbe.   But you obviously refused to accept that and start the lying spin about what actually happened during that match.

Well Carl got exactly five games. The moment that he got it right and trashed the Aussies, he was dropped like a bad habit and mr High and Mighty waltzed in and carried on winning. Everybody was so in awe of his 17 game winning streak that they forget that it was actually a 16 game winning streak. The first of the 17actually goes to Carl DuP. Let me remind you again that his wheels came off the moment that he got rid of Jake White. You don't have to believe me. Just go and check the facts.
Before that test against England at Twickenham, Jake was told to piss off and that he no longer had a role to play. The next thing they got a hiding second to none  and from there on it went down the tubes. You often quote JW's record in the year leading up the the 2007 RWC but you conveniently refuse to judge Mallett on his record leading up to the RWC. Mallett knifed two people, Jake White and Gary Teichman, in the back and that eventually cost him. That and his affinity to Bob Skinstadt when he took him to the RWC with a wonky knee.

Ah so a one off thrashing of Oz was somehow the measure of Carel as a coach.....the guy that had never coached in his life before......hmmmm yeah Vlag, try again.

Mallett was a class act......he did mess things up at the end when he thought he could take on the world with a lightweight pack......it never worked.

As for selecting Bob over Gary, that was a no brainer......Bob was so gifted no coach in their right mind would overlook him. Gary was at best solid, Bob was brilliant

"Now we are talking......that side smacks of a Dave side.....only players who would not make my starting 15 are du Preez, Louw and Schalk."
Come now Saff. Habana, Beast, FDP, Louw, Schalk didn't even make your World Cup 31.
Habana, FDP and Schalk have been 3 of our top 5 players so far this World Cup.
This is Meyers side, his squad.

Mozart, you will have noticed the photo of Lood used for this article shows he has hamster cheeks. He could be another Bok player who engages in "hamster ing"

Yeah because I had Kitshoff ahead of Beast, because Kitshoff is better.

JP did make my WC squad, I said he was on board for his experience.

Habana had not shown he still had it until this WC, so I had that one wrong, but I could always live with Habana, as I could with Beast, du Preez and Schalk......to a lesser extent Jannie on the bench.

I don't rate du Preez that highly anymore, at best solid....provides nothing on attack which is a negative at the highest level.

Louw does not come close

It smacks of a Dave side as it includes Willie, JP, Kriel, de Allende, Pollard, Bismark, Malherbe, Etzebeth, Lood and Vermeulen in the starting 15, plus Nyakane, Strauss, PSDT, Lambie and Serf on the bench.....that's 15 of the 23......add Habana, Beast, du Preez and Schalk as can live withs and we have 19 of the 23.

The let downs are Louw, Jannie, Alberts and Pienaar

Smacks of a Dave side is not a fully fledged Dave side......is what I am saying. Its getting there but will never given the squad.......by default Meyer is being forced to look my way......had he looked the whole way, we would have won the WC at a canter

Its a real pity about Kitshoff's injury. If he had received as much game time as Koch did, he would have surely shown better and probably made the squad over Coenie with Nyakane as the 3rd "tighthead"

Du Preez is not a superficial idiot running around like a headless chicken putting his side under pressure. That is the biggest difference between him and all our other 9s. When Pienaar is miles ahead of every other 9 in the country aside from Du Preez, your scrumhalf stocks are a disgrace!
