This is the last reply on this matter. I never said your thread was deleted. A said a thread was deleted. That was done due to your distastefull remarks in it. Nobody has ever been moderated for the use of foul language. The moderation was done because of personal attacks on members and name calling. As always the moderation was directed at the at the instigator. This was the first moderation in a very long time. The previous one was when a certain black female member was pushed by a personal remark, questioning her integrityand that caused an outburst. You might know who I am refering to, and if so, you will know that she is probably one of the most honest and sincere members on that forum, of not the most honest and sincere. If a remark sparks someone like that particular member to such an outburst, you can think for yourself what it must have been like. I have know her for many years and this was the first time ever in more than five years that this has happened.

I thought you were referring to a female who I was having very light banter. Becs it was but her health issues I now recall were something else but not cancer? I actually believe Beeno did make a genuine error in thinking it was me that was being referred to re the " cancer scare " comments.

He had enquired after my health at a similar time to that situation, if memory serves me well and I think he has simply made an error in this instance.

For the record, I have had numerous cancer scares, from bone cancer to the last one being brain cancer. At present, with ongoing Neurological tests in that area, it could still be something as hideous as the latter. I have, however, to my knowledge, never mentioned those.

Quite frankly, my poor state of health, my stroke or anything else like that has never caused anyone to back off me or give me any sympathy in any argument etc. Why should a " cancer scare " cause such an over reaction ?

Oh, and I know who is being referred to and I have spoken to him about this in the past, so he knows how sorry I was that he went throught the situation. But some of us go through these situations time and again.

He had a growth that was suspected to have been cancer, and you made fun of it. Even months after he was cleared, you still took potshots at him over it. That, in my books, is sick and despicable. I need no assistance from anybody. There were no lies, jou blerrie mamparra.  All the proof is there. You have just tried to sidestep them, and in your sick mind they have been refuted as lies. Buzz we have had two guys in 18 month banned for consistent and vitriolic abuse. That is the line that the mod here has taken. Minimum moderation but drawing the line at extreme and consistent abuse. This approach has been much appreciated by all and I am confident this limited interference approach will continue along the lines mentioned.

As for the health issues and the mocking of another's health issues, you are in effect also rubbishing someone's health scares, by your insistence that you are also not well and you are not letting it get in your way. The appology is irrelevant though. It is about being sick enough to take the mickey out of another's ill health or potentially ill health.
